Dear Sir, In adding my voice to the numerous befitting tributes occasioned by your untimely departure from this ‘terra firma’, I evoked this Roman Catholic prayer for the dead translated from Latin into English as: “May the angels take you into Paradise, may the martyrs welcome you on your way and lead you into the Holy City Jerusalem. The Ghana Revenue Authority today held an in-house pre-burial service for the Late President of the republic of Ghana who also served as a Commissioner in its erstwhile Internal Revenue Service. Staff from some of its District offices joined top management staff and colleagues at the Head Office to mourn the departed hero. Present were the Board Chairman of the Authority Mr. Ernest E. Kwesie, the Commissioner General Mr. George Blankson, his associate Commissioners Mrs. Comfort Boohene-Osafo, Mr. Anthony Minlah and Major General Carl Modey.
