Fraudsters feeding on bed-ridden actor, Enebeli Elebuwa

Image
When I read on a Nigerian blog that veteran actor, Enebeli Elebuwa was down with stroke I couldn't believe it because, this man appeared strong in all his movies. Well he has been down with stroke for almost a year now but is responding to treatment. However, unscrupulous fraudsters are duping fans of the actor by fraudulently demanding money through the internet purported to have come from him. Mehn! these people have no shame and respect for this old man. Sources close to him however, have denied knowledge of this shameful act. So be on guard and don't fall a prey to these shameless fraudsters. Shalom!

Isn't it great to be single?

I dey beg, make una no strangle me for the title of my publication for today. I chose this title because it's been ages since I felt this way. Mehn! you can't believe it, waking up at 4 am to prepare breakfast and snacks and preparing my kids for school and going to bed around 11pm cos they will not sleep due to observing siesta in school. When my eyes bid good night to my 5 senses, these kids will jump on the bed to sleep by my side simply because they want to feel the warmth of a mother, OMG! Their school went on recess last week and am now enjoying my singleness once again cos I've 'posted' them to their grannies. Now I sleep around 9 or 10pm, wake up around 6am, get to the office around 7am. No more; hey stop it! don't do that, don't go there, I'll flog you, won't you sleep? OMG! so great to be single once again. Just a little disturbance from their father. lol! I can just imagine what their grannies are going through, cos my father-in-law d

Is this modern architecture?

Image
Hmmm wonders they say shall never end. The first time I saw this building I asked myself series of questions like; was the car flying and found its way into the building?, did someone intentionally push the car through the building that it came out from the other side?, is it just to add colour to the building? well whatever the answer is, I know the architect is in a better position to answer. This building is located close to the Nima-Kanda highway in Accra and commuters and pedestrians are easily attracted to this edifice by its bright orange colour and unusual design. Shalom!

Did Jesus actually deserve all the sufferings?

Dear good people of blogvile, Easter is here again with us. Christiandom will continue to commomorate the life, suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ till the trumpet sounds. I want to share a few things about Christ's suffering on the cross as my Easter parcel to you. This piece was shared by Adonis Okere, a Missionary friend who left Ghana in 2008. Read thoroughly and don't forget to leave a comment. The Lord Jesus was totally undeserving of His sufferings.  One of the tragedies of the criminal justice system is that sometimes-innocent men are punished and even executed.  Innocent men sometimes suffer without cause. There was never a man as innocent as Jesus Christ. He was guilty of no crimes.  He had broken no laws.  He had kept God's commandments perfectly and had always done those things that were pleasing in God's sight (John 8:29 ).  He was without sin (Hebrews 4:15 ).  He knew no sin (2 Cor. 5:21 ).  In Him was no sin (1 John 3:5).  He did no sin (1

Bishop Agyin Asare joins the golden jubilee club

The gargantuan jubilee cake It was all gold at the Perez Dome of the Word Miracle Church International, Dzorwulu yesterday, 1st April 2012 as the miracle family marked the climax of the month-long golden jubilee celebration of the founder, his Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. Charles Agyin Asare, the Presiding Bishop of the church. I couldn't believe my eyes when I entered and found the whole auditorium filled to capacity, however, I managed to perch my buttocks somewhere upstairs. Mehn! it was indeed a sight to behold. Every member of the congregation looked like Christmas. A whole lot of activities preceded the word ministration; sale of jubilee catalogue, presentations by departments, song ministration by O.J a renowned gospel artist etc. Since my second purpose of going to church was to cover the celebration for my web site, I hurried downstairs to take enough pictures. Lo and behold, not later had I gone down than announcement came that the President of the Republic of Ghana was
