When country singer Shania Twain split with her husband of 14 years after she discovered he had an affair with her then-best friend in 2008, little did she know that it was the beginning of her happily ever after. The union of Kate Middleton and Prince William was hands down the event of the year! An average of 22.8 million people tuned in during the early morning hours of April 29 (beginning at about 3 a.m. Pacific Time!) to watch the royal couple walk down the aisle at Westminster Abbey in London. Were you one of them?
Singer Michael Buble was so excited about his bride, Luisana Lopilato, that he married her three times! The couple held a civil ceremony in March in her native Argentina, then celebrated with 300 friends and family members in another ceremony there on April 2, and topped it off with nuptials before 350 guests in his native Canada the following month. Whew, that's a lot of wedding cake!
