University of Ghana, Legon, to introduce School Feeding Programme

Information reaching me indicates that the authorities of the University of Ghana has planned introducing the School Feeding Programme into the university commencing the 2013-2014 academic year.
According to the Ugfile.com, a website for the tertiary students "Starting in the 2013/2014 academic year, all freshmen will be required to pick at least one of 3 meal plans including; breakfast, breakfast and lunch or breakfast, lunch and supper, before they can complete their on-line registration; a requirement for enrollment for a semester. Continuing students, though welcomed to participate in the meal plan, will however not be obliged to register for it."

Hehehe! wondering how this is going to work for these 'ladies' and 'gentlemen'. Anyway, some students have already described the plan as childish.

  1. Very very childish indeed. What do they mean by that? Expecting girlfriends of ministers of state to be on school feeding programme? Them they craze.
