Major-General Carl Modey of Ghana Revenue Authority nominated as Ambassador-designate

Major-General Carl Modey, the Commissioner of Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority, has been nominated by President John Dramani Mahama as an Ambassador-designate .

“His Excellency has therefore directed that Major-General Carl Modey take accumulated leave due him commencing Monday June 17, 2013,” a statement issued by the Minister of Information and Media Relations, Mahama Ayariga has said.

Meanwhile, the president has directed that Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Mr. Isaac Apronti, act as Commissioner of the Customs Division of the Authority.

  3. Is why is the customs uniform in Ghana a camouflage, I thought that was for the military alone.
