May the fleas of a thousand Afgan camels infest the *ass* of all who wish you evil in the coming year, and may their hands grow too short to scratch. Wish you a blissful X'mas and a new year of divine protection.
Dear Sir, In adding my voice to the numerous befitting tributes occasioned by your untimely departure from this ‘terra firma’, I evoked this Roman Catholic prayer for the dead translated from Latin into English as: “May the angels take you into Paradise, may the martyrs welcome you on your way and lead you into the Holy City Jerusalem. May the choir of angels welcome you, and with Lazarus who once was poor, may you have everlasting rest.” I am convinced Jehovah heard and answered our prayers. Please prepare a place for us; for here is still hot and the unreasonableness and the political chicanery continues unabated. Sometimes I wonder whether this whole calling – politics, is worth it. Prof., for the purpose of this first letter I will not bore you with too voluminous a piece because I am aware you are a fresher (‘homo’) who has just joined the Dr Hilla Limanns, Munufies, the D.F. Annans, the Ala Adjeteys, the B.J. Da Rochas and many others who went long before you, so you must be ...

Dear blogville, If you've read my article on 'Why I admire Nigerian Movies' you will understand why Nollywood has a place in my heart. Some actors and actresses I never miss their shows are; Patience Ozorkor, Olu Jacobs, Bruno Ihuoha, Pete Eneh, Pete Edochie, Florence Onoma, Christie Okonkwo, Maureen Solomon, etc. One young actress I also admire so much is Tonto Dikeh. She performs her role with so much passion from being a President's daughter to a common house help. However, I couldn't believe it till I saw it with my own eyes that Tonto has a controversial tatoo on her back in addition to 57 others on her body. Whatever calls for this 'fashion' is left to her to say. I feel its not necessary cos, she is only poisoning her blood. Does she want to enter into the Guinness Book of World Records? God have mercy.
