Did Jesus actually deserve all the sufferings?

Dear good people of blogvile, Easter is here again with us. Christiandom will continue to commomorate the life, suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ till the trumpet sounds. I want to share a few things about Christ's suffering on the cross as my Easter parcel to you. This piece was shared by Adonis Okere, a Missionary friend who left Ghana in 2008. Read thoroughly and don't forget to leave a comment.
The Lord Jesus was totally undeserving of His sufferings.  One of the tragedies of the criminal justice system is that sometimes-innocent men are punished and even executed.  Innocent men sometimes suffer without cause.
There was never a man as innocent as Jesus Christ. He was guilty of no crimes.  He had broken no laws.  He had kept God's commandments perfectly and had always done those things that were pleasing in God's sight (John ).  He was without sin (Hebrews ).  He knew no sin (2 Cor. ).  In Him was no sin (1 John 3:5).  He did no sin (1 Pet. ).  He is described as a Lamb without blemish and without spot (1 Peter ).
Even the Lord's enemies recognized the Lord's sinlessness.   Pilate found no fault in Him (John 19:4).  Judas said, "I have betrayed innocent blood" (Matthew 27:3).   One of the criminals who died next to Jesus said, "This man hath done nothing wrong" (Luke ).   The most perfect Man who ever lived on this earth was executed as a criminal!

Which cross bellow represents you?
·       The cross of REDEMPTION – Ephesians 1:7.
·       The cross of REJECTION – John 3:36b.
·       The cross of REPENTANCE and RECEPTION – John 1:12.

The Lord Jesus is the great Redeemer, God's only Saviour.  He accomplished the work of redemption when he paid the great redemption price. Every person has the choice of believing on Christ or rejecting the Saviour. The two criminals dying next to the Lord Jesus represent these two choices. This is the right time to make your own choice – 2 Corinthians 6:2.
